DOMESTIC POSTAGE

​All our products are made to order and will be handmade and processed within 2-3 working days from when you order is received.  We will notify you as soon as your order is on its way.  We post using Australia Post letter mail which can take between 4 to 10 working days for delivery Australia wide.

PLEASE NOTE:  TRACKING IS NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR ORDER  If you would like to upgrade to tracking or need your order quickly please choose EXPRESS POST.   PLEASE NOTE Australia Post WILL NOT guarantee delivery within the specified time frames.

Orders will be shipped to your PayPal address.  If you wish us to ship to a different address, please provide the address when you checkout or email us after you have ordered.
 

​If your package does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact us.  Please note however that we don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until 21 business days from the date of shipping. 

We take care with our packaging and your order but if for any reason your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.

​We are currently shipping to  USA, Canada and New Zealand.  Your order will be sent via Australia Post International Mail with Tracking and a Tracking No. will be provided to you once sent.  All our products are made to order and will be handmade and processed within 2-3 working days. 

 

​REFUND POLICY

 

We offer a 7 day full refund for return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We cannot accept responsibility for return postage and handling charges.

JEWELLERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We don't recommend that you wear our earrings while sleeping, showering or swimming.  To clean please wipe with a soft jewellery cloth.

All of our stainless steel jewellery is waterproof and tarnish free and can be worn freely swimming, bathing and sleeping.

 

All of our jewellery is made by us in our Studio on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and we use only quality materials which are all nickel and lead free.

When you shop with us in our online store, you are automatically added to our "mailing list".  If you do not wish to receive emails from us simply "unsubscribe" when you receive the first email.  We promise to only send an occasional email for sales or specials or if there is something we need to ask regarding your order.
